Check-in took too long. Even though it was already 1:45 PM, we still had to wait until exactly 2:00 PM. The next day, I went through the lobby and found someone checking in at 9:00 PM still having trouble, even though they were tired and wanted to rest. Poor Indian tourists. The breakfast variety is very limited. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and during that time, there was no beef on the menu. Chicken was only available two days. Most hotels go big on weekends, but not this one. Vegan options are more numerous than regular options. On the plus side: the pool and jacuzzi are nice. The location is good, walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the beach. The staff are friendly. There's live music during breakfast. The rooms are spacious. Plus, the free Balinese photo shoot was an added bonus to our stay. The staff member, Lilik, deserves a raise! She's good.

Highly recommended hotel with super friendly & humble staff. The hotel also provides free Balinese traditional attire for photoshoots. This hotel makes me feel like coming back to Bali soon.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful, especially since we brought a baby, the check-in process was fast, the hotel atmosphere was homey, the room was clean and spacious, there was a connecting non-smoking room.

The hotel is located near the beach (walking distance) with car rent and laundry nearby. There is also a minimarket nearby; therefore, you can conveniently find what you need.
