The room was very comfortable, but the shower was actually hot, not warm, so showering wasn't quick. Perhaps that needs to be addressed in room 210.

Got a room on the 3rd floor, and luckily the staff was willing to help me carry my luggage, so I wasn't feeling stuffy, hehe. Check-in and check-out were easy, the staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and the hotel area was clean and cool.

The location is close to Kuta Beach and downtown Kuta. It's also close to souvenir shops. The rooms and toilets are clean. Towels and toiletries are provided. There's also a water heater, complete with tea, coffee, and sugar. There's also a swimming pool. The staff is very friendly.
