This is my first time staying at this hotel, the service is good, all the staff there are friendly, the AC was not cold for a while but the hotel immediately fixed it quickly, the security is also friendly, basically all the employees and staff there are top, thank you Cozy Stay Hotel.

The rooms are clean, the air conditioning is good, the service is excellent, and the staff are all friendly and honest. It will be a top choice if I come back to Bali.

The hotel is nice and reasonably priced. It's clean. A suggestion for future improvement would be to provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, as towels, soap, and shampoo are readily available.

Honest review. I'm the type who doesn't complain much, but maybe some tips for improvement. When I checked in, the room smelled damp, the sofa felt sticky and damp as if it hadn't been prepared, the sink in room 225 was leaking so after use the water flooded the floor, I once forgot to put my earphones in my motorbike pocket, I asked the receptionist to keep them safe the next morning because I was afraid of getting wet in the rain, they said they had been kept safe, but the next morning it turned out they were still in my motorbike pocket 🙈

It's not bad for a hotel... It just so happens that it's undergoing renovations so there are a lot of things missing

Friendly staff. Roadside hotel. However, the hotel name doesn't have any lights and it looks dark. So if you come home at night, you have to be extra careful not to miss it.

This budget hotel isn't great because the rooms are damp and dusty. The walls are stained, and the wooden wardrobe is peeling. The hallway is also eerie at night because there's no lighting. The hotel was hit by a major flood last September, so the beds on the first floor were all submerged in water, and the elevator is still under repair.

Cleanliness is okay and could be improved. Wi-Fi is lacking. The signal is intermittent in the room. Overall, it's good. The staff is friendly.
