The lock in my room was broken. The jetspray should be in the wall not in the closet, it was horrible put the jetspray in the closet not so comfortable also the jetspray quite loosen. When i want to checkin no one is helping a hand to bring the luggage.

The best hotel. Perfect! There is a bidet in the toilet. Clean. Comfortable. The room is quite large. The toilet is very comfortable. The price is still okay for 5-star facilities. Near Chinatown. There is a lift next to the hotel that allows you to access the MRT in the Outram station and you can walk to the SGH shuttle service. Comfy and clean bed. There is a bidet and drinkable tap water.

I booked this hotel for my honeymoon and the room that I chose was deluxe. Somehow they upgraded my room to the loft room. So grateful for that upgrade. Thank you Dorsett Singapore Hotel. The hotel's location is just next to Outrampark MRT exit 4 and if you want to travel by bus to Chinatown, Bugis or Orchard just need to cross the road and you will find many buses going to those places. I am sure we will return to this hotel again for our next trip to SG.
