Sometimes you may feel that you got a good deal with the booking in a good hotel. I thought so too, but I was pretty disappointed. The furniture was pretty old and worn out. The bed and bath linen was very worn out; it was not off-white but greyish. The next morning when I complained of the dirty-colored linen, one of the staff asked, 'How much did you pay for the room?' I was very surprised. Nevertheless, they changed the new set of linen for me after I told them how much I paid by online booking. This gave a very bad impression of Singapore to me now.

Near to academia. Near to MRT station. Clean room. But one of the beds needs repair.

It was okay overall. The room size was quite big compared to other hotels in the similar price range, and the location was perfect. Many places to visit within walking distance. Also, high points to the gym facility, which was big and available 24/7. However, the washroom was very dirty and not well maintained. I could see mold and stains right after I checked in, which ruined the overall ratings of the hotel.

The hotel’s location is excellent, with convenient access to other areas via MRT and bus. Chinatown is only about a 15-minute walk away. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. The room was spacious and clean; however, the air conditioner couldn’t be adjusted. My room stayed around 19°C, which was very cold, so I often had to turn it off because it was uncomfortable. The entire hotel is clean and well maintained, with good ventilation and a fresh, pleasant atmosphere. Overall, it’s good value for the price.

The lock in my room was broken. The jetspray should be in the wall not in the closet, it was horrible put the jetspray in the closet not so comfortable also the jetspray quite loosen. When i want to checkin no one is helping a hand to bring the luggage.

There is a lift next to the hotel that allows you to access the MRT in the Outram station and you can walk to the SGH shuttle service. Comfy and clean bed. There is a bidet and drinkable tap water.
