The hotel is quite nice, but the motorbike parking is a bit cramped in the basement. The staff is very friendly, 10/10.

The room is clean, staff very helpful. Great place to stay!, great location, and great customer service. Very easy to check in, and the elderly gentleman at the counter was so sweet! Highly recommended!!! Had a great experience overall.

All the staff were friendly. Housekeeping, Rama, was very neat when arranging the room. There was a slight problem with the AC in room 325, but the technician quickly resolved it, and the receptionist was quick to provide a new room as a solution.

for the 3rd time staying at this hotel, a clean, quiet and comfortable hotel. The front office and staff are friendly and accommodating, the AC is cold, the bed is soft, the water is hot and cold, the TV has many channels, there is a coffee/tea maker. close to the culinary center, the beach and the mall, also the airport. a bit noisy because there is construction next to the hotel but still sleep soundly, feeling like at home. really feel at home. thanks for giving extra time check out. thanks Solaris if I go to Bali again, I will go to Solaris again.

Location quite near airport. The receptionist was nice and friendly, but the room was poorly maintained and unclean. The bathroom floor was slippery and slimy, and the sink still had hair from the previous guest. The bedroom floor was loose, and the walls were mossy and patched with putty. The AC was cold but full of dust. Breakfast was also unhygienic, with many small insects perched on the food. The good thing about this hotel was its fast internet connection.

The hotel is actually okay, but when I stayed there, the room couldn't be locked and I moved rooms, moved again and the AC didn't work, I asked to move again, next time I can check the readiness of the room and its completeness.

very bad service, I just checked out, yesterday I asked to clean the room, I waited outside for 15 minutes. I entered the room, my headset on the bed was gone and when I asked the receptionist the answer was irresponsible. the bathroom was dirty and the water smelled bad.

The hotel is strategically located, in the city center and close to the beach. Affordable, but it would be more comfortable if the ceramic floor was repaired, there were some floor tiles that came off when stepped on. Thank you.

This hotel is totally the best value for money in its category of the similar 3 Stars Facility Hotels nearby (I have spent my nights in several Hotels in its surrounding). Its convenient location, close to the main entrance to main road and to airport, will secure you from being trapped by heavy traffic, to airport (even by 15 minutes relaxing and easy walk you could easily reach either International or domestic terminal) or for those who enjoy day tours, maximum in 10 minutes could reach the main road. Many convenient Stores and restaurants nearby. 5 minute walk to German Beach
