I just stayed at Fame for 1 night. The corridor on my floor was smelly. It came from the carpet. They should wash the carpet more or give fragrance so that it won’t smell. Also when my sister took a shower, the bathroom drain is clogged, so the water is pooling. Better do the check up more after guests check out and before guests check in

1. Got an adjoining room, but the connecting door wasn't locked before the guest checked in. 2. The window curtain was off. 3. There were only tissues in the bathroom. 4. Only one slipper was provided, even though there was a twin bed. 5. We left our belongings but didn't get a receipt, instead we just asked for a photo (the items were safe). Thank you for your quick response. It would be better if they were checked in before the guest checked in.

If you want to go to Bethsaida Hospital to accompany a patient/relative who will be hospitalized for a few days, and want to rest, just stay at this hotel... Strategic location, just walk...

This is the first time I've used a card key, so I don't really know, especially since the elevator also uses cards. The hotel staff should have asked the customer service if they had ever used a card before. If not, it would be better to inform them first about how to do it.
