I've probably stayed here eight or nine times, from when I was a girl to when I had children. The best activities are fun, and the service is excellent, especially Miss Maria, who should be the best employee, please.

At check-in, there was a long wait because the room wasn't ready yet, so we weren't allowed to check in until 4 p.m. Please provide more non-smoking rooms.

Every time I bring my family to GS, I always stay here. I choose the 2-bedroom because it's so comfortable and the location is very strategic. To go to SMS, just walk across the street, and ordering food is also very easy. The hotel facilities are also comfortable for those with children. Recommended for families with children 😊

We were staying here two years ago and we were happy with the property, that's why we booked this time again. Surprisingly, there has been so much downgrading in the toilet area: leaking roof toilet, toilet paper given one by one in a very thin roll. Even though we actually stayed for like a week, we needed to ask for toilet paper daily, which I don't know why they give a very thin roll 🫠. Very unpleasant, moldy in mostly toilet water seal. It's time to put new silicone with anti-mold, I guess. The washbasin looks very weird where the bench is really wide and it's hard to reach the water tap from the basin while I brush my teeth.
