Everything was okay except the bed in room 929, the bed needed to be replaced, sleeping was uncomfortable because the bed springs were uneven and concave in the middle, making it look like it had sunk in.

The mattress has been uncomfortable for a while now... The room smells unpleasant, especially the toilet. The advantage is its proximity to Sumarecon Mall and a varied breakfast menu.

The location is very strategic, just a 10-minute walk to the mall. I booked a 2-bedroom apartment. The room was clean, the AC was cool, the bed was comfortable, and the price was affordable. Overall, it was okay.

There are two treadmills in the gym, one of which is completely broken, forcing guests to queue. The refrigerator in the room suddenly stops cooling, causing food to spoil.

Cleanliness and service are very good, the rooms are spacious, but motorbike parking is a bit far from the lobby, the restaurant is also a bit narrow, mobility is limited when in the restaurant.
