everything is ok, recommended only the swimming pool is not friendly for children only for adults only

big room. but spring bed is old. must pay tourist 10RM/room/night and have to add Melaka heritage charge 8RM/room/night. same as the room price is very expensive compared to renting a better room with other hotel competitors.

Need to took car around 5min to arrived the main attraction of Melaka. Breakfast quite economic with less variety. But price for in room service quite affordable. Overall I love the room space and its clean. for info, elevator would be wet due to those swimming not dry before getting in.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of parking area within the hotel's property.

Worst experience. The bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed. The bathroom was not clean as well. The swimming pool was dirty. Will never repeat again.

The charges charged by travelika was much higher than market price. And the facilities available in hotel was not up to the mark.

The hotel location is not too far from the crowd, places to eat are close by.
