The hotel ambience was amazing. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool, sauna, jacuzzi is amazing.

The staff provides free extra beds for children.

The Grand Hyatt KL has a very strategic location. We can take photos with the Petronas Towers in the background, and the hotel is very comfortable. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure to stay at the Grand Hyatt KL with my family. The service was friendly, the hotel environment was nice, especially the view of the Petronas Towers. It was great.

All staff of Grand Hyatt are very warm and the hospitality was very excellent. I will be back here again, especially when we are checked out, all staff help us very well. I mean not one, but all staff beside the door was truly amazing… Thank you Grand Hyatt, I will not regret at all.

Service is top notch. I forgot to bring my iPhone charger, they provided us straight away. Location is just in front of KLCC. But you might still grab to Bukit Bintang area, around 6-12min, depending on the traffic condition. View is outstanding, looking outside at the tower made us feel super relaxing on our staycation.

The hotel is in a great location. I booked a tower view room specifically so that I could see the Twin Towers. Overall OK. Comfortable, staff friendly, good location, very close to mall & city center, convenient to go anywhere.

Recommendation, if you want to stay in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the hotel is clean. During Idul Fitri, this restaurant is busy with visitors, so the restaurant is full and there are lots of queues, but don't worry because almost all the staff are friendly. I think overall service in hotel it's good.
