Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious enough for a family of 5 and close enough to the airport to make it a very convenient layover.

The receptionist helped us to get us picked up in KLIA, even if it's last minute. thankful for that. They have laundry room and Coway. Cute interior design, The lobby is nice, clean and smells good. However I strongly suggest that they should check the room cleanliness more. that's all. Perfect for staying not too far from the airport. Fair price ♥️♥️

from KLIA airport take Grab 30 ringgit total 60 rm (round trip). the atmosphere is not so crowded. the room aircon (AC) is cold. there is a small window, no toothbrush available, liquid shampoo soap is available. the room is ok, mineral water is available at the dispenser in front.

Not recommended! Staff not humble, not smile & not helpful. Wrong key 2x, went up and down to the lobby, even the staff did not apologize. TV in the room does not work, blue screen. Because if you use Grab, apart from being more expensive, you also can't use cash. In the hotel area there is 1 food stall. The fried rice is delicious.
