Too bad, I had to wait 6 hours to check in and the room was extremely dirty. Musty and musty smell everywhere. Not recommended for vacation. People should not stay here when needing a comfortable place.

Had to wait and queue for a long time to get the key to the room. I arrived at the hotel at 10 am and got the key to the room at 6.00 pm. Bad service.

It was quite tiring taking care of the check in issues, but the staff helped in handling the issues well.

Well, the room was small and cramped. I will not be going back there again. The staff at the check-in was so slow.

There is a service charge if you choose the additional option. Check-in and check-out by yourself is convenient. The room is clean.

Close to genting casino and mall, only the room size is very small

Close connected to the mall, got connecting room so not too small. The bed mattress isn't soft. Unlimited heater water shower. Room inside quite humid, maybe due to the weather. When I walked to my room, I can see the same trash on the sink's free flow dispenser for 2 days, why housekeeping didn't clean it? Sometimes you can find someone is smoking in the lobby hotel, the security don't patrol for it.

Good location, lots of shopping facilities and places to relax for coffee.

We booked our room through traveloka and it was secured, but when we got there the hotel said the rooms were unavailable. So unprofessional from this big hotel that supposedly has 7,000+ rooms to spare and manage. They told us to wait for 2-4hours to get at least a room available and that's not even a 100% sure! The employees were also soo unhelpful and unprofessional. The lady in charge of the ticketing for the reception queue didn't even want to give me the ticket number and I had to almost argue with her for her to give the queue ticket! Who cares if there's more 200 people on the waiting list?? I also need the queue number for assurance! Not your place to tell me I can't get the queue ticket when it's MY right to get them and wait in line. BAD SERVICE. TRULY.

I first booked for 2 nights, because my child said it was not enough to stay for 2 nights, so I added 1 more night with a different booking code, but after staying 2 nights, my room access card could not be used to enter the room, so I went to the reception to ask for help so I could enter my room again, but I was made difficult by being asked to queue until midnight, like I was staying at the First World Hotel, this hotel was free, next time I will never stay at this First World Hotel again if I go to Genting Highlands again.

I came from Jakarta & vacationed in Genting and stayed at the first world hotel for the first time, everything was good, only when I wanted to check in I had to queue because it used a machine but there was someone who helped me so I didn't press the wrong button, the location of the hotel is in a mall but it's good, the atmosphere outside is almost inaudible because I got the room at the end so maybe it's not noisy from there. If I have a vacation here, I might stay at this hotel, recommended,
