Accommodation with direct access to the mall 😁

The hotel is quite comfortable, close to places to eat, malls, and play/entertainment areas.

My booking was not updated. Tried the self-check-in machine but was told to approach the help desk. The queue was super long, which took more than 1 hour. 😠

Booked a room with two beds, but was given a single bed! The hotel lobby staff were completely unfriendly and unhelpful to guests struggling with the check-in machine. Instead, they were cold and indifferent when asked for information and assistance.

The location is very close to the mall and theme park. Overall, it's good, but the rooms are a bit small.

This hotel is in the same building as the casino and Skytropolis. Most importantly, finding food is incredibly easy, as there are plenty of food vendors available 24/7. You can find everything just by walking, eliminating the need for transportation.

The atmosphere is quite nice even though the air is very cold there.

1) The TV screen was cracked, and they wouldn't repair or replace it. The customer had to inform the housekeeper to inspect the room before they would fix it. 2) There was dust and debris in the room, and they didn't vacuum or clean it properly. 3) The hotel confirmed a high floor booking but assigned a low floor, which was terrible and unacceptable. They should not do this again.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff helpful and friendly, the vibes and the scenery were good.

Okay, stay here because it's easy to get everywhere. The rest is pretty standard.

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to amusement parks and shopping centers. However, the rooms, lobby, and elevators feel dated. I encountered an elevator with a broken door (one that wouldn't close).

The room we got smelled of tobacco and had no window. It was a cheap room, but we did not know it would be that bad.

Bad hotel, old hotel without good maintenance. Sorry to say, not recommended. Never come again.

It's fun, close to everything. The hotel is big and clean, and there's lots of food around.

Genting has many activities. This hotel is very good in terms of location, so it's easy to go everywhere, especially if you want to visit Skyworld. But the room is small, actually.

The hotel staff was very helpful during the check-in process.

Staying here is pleasant, especially considering its strategic location, as it's a one-stop solution. The mall, restaurant, hotel, and casino are all right there. The rooms aren't particularly large, standard size. Unfortunately, the check-in process takes a long time, with long lines. The reception staff takes a long time to handle check-ins. That's the only drawback of staying here. Check-in is already at 3, and there's also the long lines. Checking in can take place at 5, or even 6.

Good location since it is connected with some attractions, but the check-in experience is really awful. None of the kiosks are helpful, it takes more than an hour, and there is a long queue just to get to the front office.
