I booked a large bedroom but they gave me a twin bedroom. I requested to change and they also helped me to change to a large bedroom, good service.

The only difference between the Standard Room and the Y5 Deluxe at First World Hotel is the amenities, such as Wi-Fi and toiletries (shampoo, toothpaste, etc.). The room sizes are identical—cramped and not cozy at all. It is suitable for casino-goers, but I wouldn't recommend it for a family trip

Checking in was a bit tricky; you need a Genting World card. There was a line of over 100 people in the lobby, and 85 on the second floor. Finally, when we went into the casino, there was a line of 50. The card was three years old and needed to be replaced. The line was long and time-consuming.

I had to queue for 2 hours to check in.. 😭

The check-in clerk was the worst I have ever encountered and was not helpful at all. We were checking in at 11:30 at night, but he moved really slow and kept going back and forth for conversation with his friends. Also, he missed the other booking under the same name, which resulted in 1 hour just for checking in. The rooms were dirty, and the hotel tower is far from the lobby. Only good for the mall below.
