The strategic location is not far from the busy center of Malang city, the cleanliness of the room and hotel is okay, it's just that the receptionist (there are 2 people) when I arrived was only served by sitting until the room key was given to me, there was only 1 who was standing.

Maybe next time, the floor needs to be swept again to make it clean.
