My staycation was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean, and I also requested a baby cot. I have just one suggestion, perhaps they could offer a greater variety on the breakfast menu.

Even though I have a residence visa, they charge me travelers tax. I showed them my visa, but they didn't care.

Satisfied. Big room, even if it's an old hotel. It seems that people did well maintained their hotel. Perhaps after this can think of refurbished, modernize the furniture in the cubicle. Breakfast is delicious although not too wide spread, but flavour wise, delicious. Pool is clean & big. The children are satisfied.

Perfect location, nice room for the price, pool was available, breakfast spread was good for the price, staffs were lovely.

Nice service🥰Many staff and there are many bellboys. Then this hotel has a pool so best for family and friends to bathe here. The room is big and best giler✨But remember free parking for hotel guests🥰

We are quite happy with the stay during our stay at Micasa All Suite Hotel. Staff was very nice. However, the breakfast was not worth it. Breakfast was served to room and not buffet style. Breakfast food was very bad to be honest but that's not the hotel's fault, it's rather the restaurant's fault to be honest. Overall, parking is free and a bit difficult to find if come back after midnight. Access to LRT or Monorail station is a bit far but within walkable distance. Location is within KLCC distance, but to drive around might still need to make a big circle around the area.

Not safe and secure. They simple give my room key to 3rd party without my authorisation or permission.

Got surprised for my birthday during my breakfast time 😭 I’m so shocked and speechless without any words! 🥺 Everything was prepared by the management teams without any instructions . Thank You so much the management teams and Senior Duty Manager Puan Nelly for the cake & song . With regards to the accommodations and services, this hotel provides very good facilities and treatments to the guests! Frankly said that, I very recommended everyone to stay in this hotel !
