Service, rooms, facilities, food are all very satisfying, friendly, clean, comfortable.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and we received a delicious welcome drink. Otherwise, it was okay, as you can't expect much for the price. For a hotel of this price, the amenities, comfort, and so on offered are still okay, just not the best.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with balconies to enjoy the views. However, the basement parking area is full of birds, so be prepared for any parking there. There's no elevator from the basement to the lobby, so you'll have to walk uphill.

The room was not very clean, there was a dead cockroach, there were 2 large centipedes in the bathroom, the AC was not very cold because the hotel was old and outdated, maybe they could pay more attention to the room, the staff were friendly, thank you.

When I first arrived, the hotel was a bit unsettled because it's an older hotel, but it was still very clean. The elevator was a bit stuffy, and the smell was a bit off, probably due to the carpet. The room was clean, tidy, and smelled great. The kids loved it; in fact, their older sibling asked to stay here again the next day.

We upgraded to a bungalow on the rooftop, which was the most comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately, the floor felt a bit dusty. We originally booked a deluxe room, but the hallways felt empty. They're also in the process of renovating it, by the looks of it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great, still in Jimbaran and close to GWK, Pecatu, etc. There's ample parking, and there's a minimarket next door.

No kettle and cups. No tea/coffee.

I should have been on the 3rd floor but because the hotel atmosphere on the 3rd floor was old, dark and winding, I finally moved to the 4th floor which is the cottage area with additional costs, the cottage was OK

The room was large, at 35 square meters. Restaurants and a minimarket were also nearby, making it easy to buy anything. The downside was the hot water was lacking, and the water pressure was low, making showers less enjoyable.

It's actually quite good, but unfortunately there's no hot water kettle provided. Also, many of the light switches don't work.

So far so good, it's worth staying here at a cheap price.
