Not a really good stay, Wi-Fi not working properly, bidet sometimes not functioning, I had an experience where my room key was not working. However, the service was good and attentive.

For that price, I found the room to be inadequate. The AC leaked, and the interior was heavily damaged. The floors were sticky and dusty. The towels were torn, dirty, and smelled like a doormat. The room used coffee air freshener, which was too strong, making it smell like you were on a bus. The only good thing was the rooftop pool and bar.

We booked two rooms and one of the staff misplaced my staff's identity card during check-in as an extension. Still don't know where the identity card is. I hope they find it ASAP as we have to fly back home. This is very disappointing and scary about the KTP. I stayed a couple of times here. I am okay with the location and room, but the shower hot water on the 6th floor didn't work at night, and the TV didn't connect either. The pool bar it says it opens at 11 but they didn't come until 12. Overall, for a budget stay, it's okay.

The staff is incredibly friendly, and the most amazing thing is the pool, which offers a direct view of the GWK statue. It's definitely a great stay here.

The hotel staff is very friendly, for a budget hotel it is recommended, breakfast is quite varied.
