Security was good, service was good. However, the hot water didn't work, and the shower hose was broken. So, when I got to my room, I was tired and shivering, and I wanted a warm shower, but instead I ended up with cold water. Instead of feeling better, I felt even sicker. There was no toilet paper in my bathroom either.

The room is very spacious for that price, it's really good, the bed is also very wide. The staff is also very friendly, even though I had a problem with the bathroom that couldn't be locked from the inside. The staff was immediately very helpful. Unfortunately, the facilities are lacking and this hotel looks deserted, I happened to be here just for a stopover. But you won't regret it if you want to staycation here.

It's like an abandoned hotel. It needs an upgrade. The toilets smell bad, the rooms are dirty. The security guard is sad and friendly, but the other one is really rude, which is a shame, even though the location is pretty good.

Sorry, I've never been this disappointed before, checking into a hotel with a scary atmosphere and being given a dirty room that I had to go back down to the lobby to ask for a clean room, I swear I'm fed up. It's not fit to be lived in.
