Check-in was incredibly frustrating. It had to be 2:00 PM, according to standard operating procedures, even though the hotel was quiet and many rooms were empty. The room wasn't very clean, with lots of small cockroaches, and you could hear people walking on the floor while you were sleeping. The Wi-Fi was slow.
