Feedback on Recent Stay (29–31 December 2025) Dear Alia Hotel Management Team, Good morning. We would like to share our feedback regarding our recent stay at your hotel from 29 to 31 December 2025, during which we booked two rooms. Overall, we were happy with our stay. The hotel is in a nice location, and the environment was pleasant and comfortable. During our check-in on 29 December 2025, the front desk receptionist was very helpful, polite, and professional. She had a good personality and provided excellent service. We truly appreciate her support and assistance, which gave us a very positive first impression of the hotel. However, during our check-out on 31 December 2025, we experienced a different situation. The front desk receptionist on duty appeared unfriendly and somewhat rude, and the interaction lacked professionalism. This was quite disappointing, especially compared to the excellent service we received during check-in. We hope the management will take note of this feedback, as consistency in customer service is very important for guests’ overall experience. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and were satisfied with the rooms and facilities. Thank you to Alia Hotel Management for hosting us, and we hope to see improvements in future service experiences. Allah says in the Quran, ‎‫بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِیمِ وَیۡلࣱ لِّلۡمُطَفِّفِینَ﴿ ١ ﴾‬ Woe to the curtailers ‎‫ٱلَّذِینَ إِذَا ٱكۡتَالُوا۟ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ یَسۡتَوۡفُونَ﴿ ٢ ﴾‬ who, when they measure something to receive from people, take it in full, ‎‫وَإِذَا كَالُوهُمۡ أَو وَّزَنُوهُمۡ یُخۡسِرُونَ﴿ ٣ ﴾‬ and when they measure or weigh something to give it to them, give less than due. Whether it’s a hotel without mould or extra blankets, you won’t find it here. Upon arrival we asked for early check in, we were told we could pay 50 RM extra for that, and so we asked for it. The lady at the desk then called the housekeeper, to ask if our ORIGINAL room was ready. Meaning that whether the room was ready or not, we had to pay to check in before 3pm. The first red flag and obvious money grab by the hotel which was annoying as someone who used to manage multiple hotels, it is not a sign of a hotel that takes care of guests. Second thing is cleanliness; room is filthy. The sheets are a grey white, pillows have no protectors, the beds only one single sheet, there’s mould all over the bathroom (and fridge), no hand towel, and water damage on all furniture. Considering this is their most expensive room… disappointing. And there’s no bedside lights, so you need to get out of bed to sleep and turn off lights . The bed also gave me muscle aches when I woke up. It’s so cold with the air conditioner, and so hot without it, no matter what setting we put it on. So we asked for another blanket, 20 RM they said. It is small when you think of it, but as a hotelier I know they wouldn’t even be washing that blanket and if they did it would barely cost them a ringet because of laundry being cheap. Really it just stinks of bad business management. I couldn’t even get a refund on the nights we had to cancel and go home for a family emergency. So to the hotel; may Allah reward you with what you give to your guests. And to potential stays; don’t.

TV no channel, air conditioner not cool.

The room was spacious, we had a nice view from our balcony (facing North so we had shade all day) I liked the breakfast buffet, a lot of variation, nice garden in the back with access to the beach for sunset view. Everything including the pool was very clean and the staff was helpful. They also organized a tour for us with a good price (but the Information we got was packing - can improve on that). There is a good indian Restaurant and duty free supermarket not far (5min drive).

Room is clean and comfortable for a family. Beds are huge enough. There's an eatery just opposite the residence. Easy for us to get food after arrival on a night flight. Simple breakfast.

Bilik kemas cuma size bilik kecil dan sempit. Towel agak lusuh, pintu bilik air rosak dan siaran TV tidak jelas, tapi kolam renang memang terbaik, dan sarapan semua sedap.

The room looks OK but poor a bit about cleanliness and their service is not so good because they are not inform customer if their place and surrounding have a water problem and we need to get the water by ourself.

Nice atmosphere. My little family loved it especially the pool.
