The hotel staff was friendly and helpful during the check-in process, the room was comfortable, but too noisy because every activity in the room next to me, I could hear, then very slow in dealing with complaints, I complained about the AC remote control and the slow sink water drain in the morning, but no engine staff came to the room, and also limitations such as there was no telephone in the room so I had to go up and down to the lobby for additional requests etc., then the hairdryer in the room also did not work, a little input might be implemented, such as sticking a WhatsApp number for customer service specifically in the guest room if there is no room telephone service.
