This was our second stay there. The room was clean and tidy, with good air circulation. However, the pillows and mattress in our room smelled, making it uncomfortable.

The room was small, with no chairs or tables. The breakfast restaurant was very disappointing.

Improvement of service and room

Love the bathroom facilities, hot and flowing water, keep it up.

If the room service menu is incomplete and displayed in the room, it's better to just remove it and replace it with the real one available in the restaurant.

The rooms are quite clean, and the hot and cold water in the bathrooms are safe. As for the TV, our room didn't have an Android TV. A suggestion: provide two toothbrushes and slippers, not just one.

I stayed here from late May to early June, and I always stay here every time I visit Pekanbaru. It's centrally located, close to everything. The neighborhood is safe, as I always jog after dawn. The room was clean, which is always my benchmark when staying. The bathroom was spotless; I always check behind the toilet when I first check in, and it was spotless. The staff was friendly, and I even asked for a late check-out because I wanted to pray Dhuhr first, and there was no additional charge.

The hospitality was excellent, from check-in to check-out. The rooms were clean, the facilities were functioning properly, and the hotel had a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, my stay was very satisfying ☺️

My first stay here was quite disappointing. I got a room with no air conditioning at all and the air conditioning didn't work at all. I ended up reporting the issue and moving rooms. For the second room, for the price, I was a little disappointed because the air conditioning wasn't cold enough. Another suggestion for the room is to share at least two bottles of mineral water, as not everyone can drink and can use the public water bottle outside the room. Thank you ☺️

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, but there was no desk during our last stay. The surface of one drawer was impossible to store two people's belongings (not to mention food).

Everything is fine, except that the pillowcases could be replaced with newer ones and also the doormat needs to be replaced because it is torn.
