Old but a very nice hotel near to mall, park and mosque. I always get the premier room that comes with pre-dinner and free soda in the room. The only downside of the room is small and not attractive TV channels provided.

The mattress needs replacing as it's uneven, the room smells of dust, and the carpet outside smells damp. This hotel isn't suitable for those who prefer a fresh atmosphere.

walaupun concorde hotel dah lama, but the service and the quality still top notch. I come here specifically for the breakfast and surprisingly the food are variety, delicious and hope can come here another time with a new experience

It’s a very short stay, 2D1N. Nevertheless I would say that everything is good since this hotel has been one of my regular places. Wifi signal has to be improved since it’s quite weak inside the room and can only get a stable connection near the room entrance.

hotel looks nice in picture when I booked thru app. but this hotel I think been years and lift service totally disappointed. needs wait nearly 15mins and only one lift was in operation. room smell was like too long not clean and dusty

An awesome stay. A tiny flaw would be that the drain stopper of bathtub didn’t work resulting in the tub not being to hold water. A second flaw was that the front desk staff didn’t manage to waive my parking resulting in me being charged RM6 for parking upon checked out. 😅

With regard to the parking, please allow us to clarify that the car park is managed by a third-party operator and charges are applied at a flat rate which is RM 6 per stay for in-house guest. The menu is so-so, lacking variety, and breakfast is quite expensive. My last stay there included breakfast. You can find breakfast in the surrounding area, including nasi kandar, nasi pelita, and other stalls.

I am one of the supervisors for the UiTM Annual Faculty dinner. We chose Concorde Hotel as our venue this year based on their highly reputable comments from app. So many guests from our faculty checked in for this event. Highly recommended for events, meetings, or even to reserve for your external guess from overseas. Well done Concorde, especially to the manager, Puan Hanizam.
