Went up and down from the 6th floor to the lobby twice because the room couldn't be opened, then waited in front of the room for almost 30 minutes.

All okay... The best, not disappointing... So it's a regular hotel.

The note stated that the room was non-smoking, but when I entered the room, the smell of cigarette smoke was strong and had been sprayed with Baygon. There were cigarette butts under the bed and outside the window. The water in the bathroom was stagnant because the floor was slanted towards the door, not towards the water hole, so the water kept pooling. Everything else was fine.
