The room was quite spacious and clean, but the bathroom wasn't. I asked for it to be cleaned again, but it was still dirty. Perhaps the staff's hygiene standards aren't up to par. I had to clean the bathroom myself. I bought my own sponge and cleaning fluid to scrub the walls and grout. It's a shame, considering the location and room are quite nice, and the food is delicious. The krengsengan meat was tender and savory. Hopefully, the bathroom cleanliness can be improved further.

The room was comfortable, clean, and quite spacious. However, because I got a corner room connecting to the next room, it was incredibly noisy. I couldn't sleep because the people next door were constantly talking. Even whispers could be heard. There was absolutely no privacy at all because it was a connecting room. It wasn't comfortable at all.

The price is affordable, the rooms are large, clean, and the location is in a beautiful and quiet residential area, making it a perfect place to stay. Access at night requires finding a main road, as many residential roads are blocked off at night.

There are no complaints about the room, as it's large and clean, and in a strategic location. Except for one thing: there's no elevator. So if you get the third floor, you'll be exhausted. Please make a small elevator so you don't get tired, hehehe.

There was no deposit upon check-in, only an ID card was requested which would be returned upon check-out. I got room number 301 on the 3rd floor. The room was comfortable with a king-sized bed, the bathroom was also quite spacious and equipped with a hot shower. What made me smile was that there were lots of mirrors in this room, perfect for those who wanted to check their OOTD before going out. Drinking water was also provided. Unfortunately, the AC wasn't cold enough even though it was set to the lowest temperature. Luckily, the air in Malang was quite cool, so the room still felt comfortable. The TV was still using regular channels, so the picture was a bit blurry. Overall, the stay was still quite pleasant with comfortable facilities. 🏨✨
