It was a great stay and also after strolling around for a bit, kind of figured out the shortest route to get to the monorail station. Overall great.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are always cleaned.

I stayed here for 3 nights, March 25, 26, and 29, 2026. The room was quite spacious and easy access to the Twin Towers, Pavilion, and Alor Street. The staff was friendly and the price was affordable.

Happy to book this hotel, December 13, 2025. The check-in process was easy, the receptionist was very friendly, my room was upgraded because the officer said it was being maintained, the room was upgraded to a bigger one, with a free breakfast bonus for two, the room was clean, quite spacious, overall the Prescott hotel was very satisfying, the next time I go to KL I will stay there.

This is my second time staying here for 3 days and I'm very satisfied. The room is always cleaned, there's an iron in the hallway, and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The staff is very friendly, and the first point is that we can leave our luggage after check-out, which is very helpful. Thank you, Presscot Hotel.

hotel nya bnr2 di luar ekspektasi 😔 tetapi bnr² melebihi ekspektasiku🥳😅 dgn harga yg di bwh standard bs mendptkan kamar yg bgs, bersih dan nyaman. suasana hotel nya jg cozy bgt, diawal msk ( krn bln² natal), udh disambut dgn pernak pernik natal yg bgs bgt, staf hotelnya juga ramah², mna pas ujan deres, ku pun dipinjamkan payung. pokoke mntp deh. klo kesni pst bkl nginap disni lgi. mksh ya Prescott hotel for this 3 days...🥰🥰

"The hotel location is strategic on the edge of the road and has a water dispenser in the lobby and an iron in the hallway. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. However, there is one male staff who spoke and behaved rudely when asked for help with the ketle issue. The food and drinks at the hotel are not varied. The food options are only fried rice, fried noodles, toast, and cabbage soup. The drinks are only mineral water, coffee, tea, and juice. The worse, the toast served was moldy."
