The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. It's close to the airport, supermarkets, public facilities, and the hospital.

Very near to Pantai Hospital. Just a 10 mins walk and very near to Giant Pasaraya. There was even an evening food street market opened nearby and many choices of street foods available.

Close to Food nearby. Giant is opposite. Room is relatively clean. Bathroom is so so . Bed is too close to wall, making 1 person sleeping close to wall, difficult to get up. Parking is public. so a bit difficult to get parking. Malay Receptionist is friendly. Check Out time is 12pm. But we were so shocked when Housekeeping can open our room door at 10am despite us, placing a DO NOT DISTURB sign outside and double locking the door (a bit of a security problem, probably should have triple locked, using the chain), highlighted this to receptionist. But those staying here, be wary of this. Might just be a one time issue. Overall, I give an 7.5/10 rating. For convenience of location & Clean Room.

The Wi-Fi is slow and always disconnects. Everything else is fine... The cleanliness is very good.

I have stayed here many times, it is very convenient and strategically located nearby Bayan Baru. Just that it is not sound proof and can hear all sounds from outside mosque and people walking at the corridor.

Overall ok je. Tempat makan dekat. Pasaraya giant kena seberang jalan. Tapi hotel ni tepi jalan. So faham2 la bising kereta mcm mana.

Noisy. You can hear everyone coming in and out of the room. There are small ants in the room. On the edge of the highway. The beach hospital is close.

Got black ants in our room, even on the bed I can find one ant. The floor and bath room looks dirty. Sound insulation very very bad. Overall the surrounding make us feel uncomfortable.

The most worst hotel 😤, shower is not hot. No phone line. No proper reply from reception when ask any questions and the electric suddenly stopped for 3 hours.

The stap is not open. The waipi on the floor brings no signal.

Value for money. Also, near to Penang Bridge Run starting point.
