The staffs are friendly and the hotel is clean

The hotel is just next to Alamanda Shopping Mall, making it a hotel of choice every time going to Putrajaya. The staff are friendly. The room is quite spacious and just newly refurbished. Overall, happy with the stay.

The staff are friendly, especially at the front desk and at the in-house restaurant, Nuevo. And the car parks felt safe, it is well-lit at night and the lobby is easy to access.

I had stayed in Everly for multiple times and still this is the best place to stay during your trip in Putrajaya. Location near Alamanda shopping center, easy to hunt for food. And for sure the room is the most comfortable, with huge single bed. Always recommended Everly for these points

The restaurant for breakfast is under renovation but the temporary space is cramped and we have to wait.

the room clean n tidy, no issues on car parking n nearby to alamanda shopping mall just a walking distance (100 mtr) . variety of food during breakfast, however the breakfast hall need to be improved a lot. the breakfast hall look likes a wedding hall, no decorationat at all, the round n rectangle table suitable for 6/8 person. the tablecloth similar to wedding ceremony. the top management need to do something about this matter.

Not recommended, special request made (e.g 1 queen size bed) will be charged eventhough its available. Unlike other 4 stars hotel, which, additional charge.

The location is convenient, with shopping and dining just steps away. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing experience—I’d definitely return.

The toilet smells of feces and is uncomfortable when brushing your teeth and taking a shower.
