The owner abandoned the hotel, and I already pay for the fee, I called the numbers they provided but the number is not in service.

Please don't come to this hotel because this hotel is not operating anymore and abandoned!

The room is small, the environment is gloomy, the TV channel is only 1.

The place is quiet and comfortable, even though it is close to the center of the crowd of Bukit Bintang but the location is remote so there is no commotion of vehicles. Friendly staff, even though there was a problem because I booked 2 rooms with different travel agents (one has already paid for the other one), but finally it can be finished completely. The condition of the building is indeed not optimal, but it is suitable for a comfortable and cheap resting place. Next time if you want a vacation with a small budget, I might come here again.

The hotel is clean comfortable, the price is economical in the bag, close to the bus and train stations. CS is kind and friendly. Recommended for those who want to vacation in Malaysia, just stay here

Nice place. Clean and the room quite spacious. Located in the quiet environment but still reachable access since the place quite near with Hang Tuah station. Also it support for moslem guest too since the room has the sign of Qibla. The last one, the hot water at shower consistently work 👍🏻 not like other small hotels. First time visit KL and had comfy hotel

It's my 2nd stay at this hotel. Clean and comfortable room at a very affordable price, located within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping malls in Bukit Bintang. Will surely stay here when I'm back to KL.

The rooms are exactly like being photographed, clean and the service is very good. Close to Alor and the city center.

I was lucky the staff let me check in late night since it was hectic new year and the room also happen empty for the male dormitory. Overall it was good.

The place and rooms are clean, the bathroom is also, comfortable, close to shopping centers, friendly service, recommendations for those of you who will stay there, god willing, will stay there again if I come to kl.

Why did I get an additional fee? Per night RM 10. My total is 3 nights until I am subject to an additional fee of RM 30. Even though I have already paid on the website for a fee. I'm disappointed.

The location is close to Jalan Alor, Bukit Bintang, LRT Station Hang Tuah, making it easy to go everywhere The service is very good, the staff is friendly, the place is convenient near the hotel there is a mini market.

When I booked it stated that the price is included taxes but when I check-in, they requested me to pay for the services tax. They never stated parking is extra charge and will collect from you if you park your car there. A bit disappointed.
