Good service. But the room far from my expectations. Old building broken everywhere tv. Not working. I can’t sleep well because so scary less lightning on the room. I’m scared too much. I won’t to come here again

the room was ugly, and the bathroom had no lights, not clean

I was there 2 years ago, the room was clean, even it's an old hotel. Then, I came back here, and everything was absolutely changing!! I booked a family room with breakfast, but the breakfast is no longer available!! So why they keep offering the room with breakfast?! The room was damp, stinky, and the carpet was dirty!! We can't stand the bathroom, the water is yellowish, we had to brush our teeth with a bottled water. It's super duper old bathroom and scary!! We asked the staff to change our room, and the staff was strictly said no. We booked the room for 2 nights, but we checked out earlier and moved to a way nicer hotel. I didn't want to mess up our family holiday just by staying at the worst hotel we ever stayed at.

Does not match the photos in the ad. so dirty. Cannot be canceled. And must add 10 rm he said tax, the carpet was very dirty, the old hotel is not maintained. Better pay a little more but clean and comfortable. Had a fight because I wanted to give a smoking room, even though I was writing online there was no smoking. And finally moved to a no smoking place but the room was uncomfortable and dirty. My experience. Will not go to the hotel forever.

Central air conditioner is not cold. The reception service is lacking where the hotel does not have parking escort. For television facilities, they are still tube and the broadcast is only local.

Fast check in but the hotel is a bit old, smelly carpet and the condition is so and so. Spacious room though.

Good service, near the MRT and close to everywhere.

The room is comfortable and has air conditioning all the time, the wifi is really fast with 20mbps speed, but the bathroom is not what you expected, feels old and not clean with some stains everywhere. The room is quite small but still has a room a desk to place your laptop and a chair.

The service was not friendly, toiletries were not replaced, and mineral water was not available, the cup after use was not cleaned again, past 18:00 could not complain to clean the room.

The hotel is an old hotel but close to the crowd. In front of the hotel there is exactly the MRT station art market. hotel rooms are a bit shabby.

I stayed here 13 years ago. At that time the hotel was very good. Now the hotel is old. The facilities are old but because the prices are very cheap, so we must understand. What I don't understand is why they keep a fierce, white-haired receptionist. Throughout his ministry he continued to nag or be angry. Very nice Indian receptionist, thank goodness.

The breakfast is so simply, nothing to choose.

1. The bathtub cannot be used. 2. Dull bathroom floor. 3. Dirty room carpet. 4. The pillow and sheath smell.

The rooms are less clean, less comfortable. For locations near the MRT and LRT.

It's called a cheap hotel, the facilities are like that, the food menu is limited, the rooms are also not good.

The room was bare and the TVs in the room were damaged and the rooms were poorly furnished and toilet.
