Unfortunately, this hotel doesn't list NO SMOKING rooms on the Traveloka app... so when we had already booked a smoking room, we were disappointed to find that there were no smoking rooms available...

As soon as I entered the room, I was greeted by baby cockroaches crawling on the wall out from between the TVs, the bathroom sliding door was broken and difficult to move, the bathroom wall was made of transparent glass which was not suitable for staying with colleagues, and what was annoying was that there were mites in the bed because the next day the skin on the back of my head became itchy and itchy from mites or bed bugs. Plus the TV couldn't be used, I had to log in to the internet and there was no local TV, and to log in to the smart TV I had to report to the receptionist first. Room is facilitated with smart tv, but require to manually login to wifi every time the tv powered on. Cleanliness of carpet and jacuzzi also need to be improved. Overall, it is a decent price for room with private jacuzzi.
