The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and my room was always clean and tidy when I returned from my trips. Highly recommended hotel!

Family room is perfect for 4 people. They also have a bidet, which is a BIG plus. The hotel also provides free water, so we can save quite a lot of money for drinks, so it's a big plus.

I always stay in Jayleen whenever I've got an event at Suntec. The location is very nice, near everything I need. I always rent the 4-pack room. Before, I always got a bunk bed, but this time I got 2 single beds and 1 queen bed, and no bug bed in this room. On the bunk bed, sometimes you encounter a bug bed, so… you have to prepare beforehand. But beside that, I'm really satisfied staying here.

Near clarke quay MRT, quiet place.

I stayed here for a night. The staff was nice. The room and the bed sheet was clean but I don't think they vacuum all to under the bed. There was a refrigerator so it helped a lot when you want to keep your drinks cool. And how I love the bidet! You will get a good pack toiletries too. You can also spend a good night or morning at the rooftop which give you a really nice landscape of SG. The breakfast menu. Well I couldn't be more in love with their breads and jams! I didn't know what kind of bread or jam but it was so good. There are convenience stores nearby and the bus stop only 3-5 mins away by walk. The hotel location is near to the city center so it is a good location for staying while you're in SG.

Hotel is nice, accommodation is good and people are friendly. Hotel is near the MRT and you could go anywhere from there. There is a mall near the place, convenience stores, fast food, etc. We availed the free breakfast. There is free wifi and smart TV usage too! Very recommended!

Hand bumps bitten by a small animal, the midnight lights go out at 2 o'clock, the receptionist is not there at 4 in the morning. There is morning at 7. Handling electricity is not comfortable

That's good. It's worth it for those who bring small children, it's impossible to choose a hostel, right? The location is also okay. The bus stop is only 100 meters away. There is an elevator. The owner is friendly and informative. Singapore standard small room. Towels, hair dryer water heater. There is also a balcony on the 4th floor. Not bad though small. Don't expect too high. This is Singapore, brother, it's all expensive.

The location is only 300 m from the station and bus stop, the workers are friendly and kind, you can wash clothes using the washing machine, there is a charge of 4 SGD, there is a buffet breakfast of fried rice, bread, cereal. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean, but the curtains are dirty, there is a rooftop above with a marina view, there is an elevator and the hotel is cool.

Clean, near mall, MRT station, river and merlion park

For all 3 days, the bedroom & toilet were never clean and tidy up. They came only for change the towel and pick up the trash. Very dirty and messy.
