The atmosphere in the hotel environment is extraordinary, if I go to Nusa Dua Bali I want to stay at this hotel again.

Even though the river view is a good place

The location is very good. Maybe if the infrastructure is good. It can invite more guests.

The calm and beautiful environment of Nusa Dua is comfortable to live in.

Friendly service and clean rooms

I ordered two rooms, initially I ordered a superior room then I was upgraded to a premier room. I was very happy. I chose this hotel because it fit my budget and its location was in the ITDC Nusa Dua area.

(-) Actually the registration process is easy. But when checking in, around 13:40 I was asked to wait for the room, I understand that check-in starts at 14:00. But until 14:45 I was not given any information. Even though I was sitting right across from the receptionist. I kept seeing other guests go to the room first. Until I myself had to return to the receptionist at 15:00, only to find out that the room was ready "earlier" ??? Nobody was caring enough to approach me. I felt abandoned. The worst part: not even a single apology extended or at least a thank you for waiting. (-) During Nyepi, Room Service is not operating. Meanwhile, the restaurant is only open until 7 pm, with limited buffet options. (+) Location in the ITDC area. (+) The WiFi network is very good. (+) Basic facilities needed in the room are available, supporting comfort. (+) Clean rooms. (+) The taste & price of the food is satisfying (a la carte, except for the buffet during Nyepi). (+) The swimming pool is open until 10pm. (+) Check-out process was pleasant. It was smooth. Unlike Check-in.

So far so good. I checked in one day before Nyepi Day, the room was clean, but the curtain looked dirty, and there's a lizard in my room 😭 I really hate it. And when on Nyepi Day I can't order in-room dining menu for breaking fast because it's closed, but they didn't announce it before.

comfortable hotel, very fast service without any hassle. everywhere is close and suitable for family vacation. basically no regrets
