Thanks for the service. We were able to upgrade our room at no additional cost. However, if you bring a child over 5 years old, there will be an additional charge for breakfast.

The staff are very friendly, when we needed help the staff were very responsive and quick to help. The room was clean, comfortable, at that time we got an upgrade, there was a mini soccer ball so the kids could play to their heart's content, there was also a playground adjacent to the restaurant, after the kids ate they could play straight away and we could continue eating while supervising. The breakfast was delicious, the gudeg was not too sweet so it was still palatable to our taste buds, the fried rice was also delicious, there was a pudding that was so delicious that my kids had two of them

The staff was very friendly, check-in and check-out were fast. They even asked for a compliment because it was my child's birthday. My child was very happy. I've stayed here twice and I'm not disappointed. Please update the hotel and room facilities, as they are quite outdated 🙏🏻

The only thing that's a bit complicated is parking, once you've parked you're always asked which room you're in, even though that's standard procedure, it's just a bit annoying. Other than that, I was really satisfied staying there.

The receptionist staff is friendly, the bathroom is clean, the room is quite complete, unfortunately when we stayed there was a ka*****i motorbike community activity, which was quite disturbing with the loud band sound, while we had just arrived from out of town and needed to rest because we had to continue our journey in the morning. The management should have anticipated this, so as not to disturb other guests who are not in the community. because the event was in an open space near the pool which directly faces the room, while the room is not soundproof, it was clearly very disturbing.

The exterior and interior have a Javanese-style resort feel. They're clean and very family-friendly, with a pool and a children's playground. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended for families with children. Breakfast options are varied and quite tasty, including herbal drinks. Please liven up the hotel!

The receptionist was very nice and friendly. I booked a superior room and was upgraded because it was still available. The facilities are plentiful, including a children's field for soccer, a sandpit, and a children's pool. There's a gym and spa. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable.
