Great hotel and great staff. It was a very pleasant stay.

It's very close to Ngurah Rai Airport, offers shuttle service, the rooms are clean, and there's a water dispenser, making it great value for money. However, many rooms are only accessible via stairs, making it difficult to carry suitcases at checkout. I've used it twice because of its good value and convenience.

The staff is friendly and very helpful

The room service rice was dry and hard, like it had been left overnight. If there really wasn't any freshly cooked rice, it would have been better to just say they only had fried rice. The room wasn't cleaned until 3:00 PM—even though we'd been out since 7:30 AM.

There is a shuttle bus, so it is convenient for those who want to transit here before continuing to their next flight.

Breakfast was good, and the free airport shuttle was also good. There's a free shuttle service every hour. The hotel is also close to Lippo Mall.

I stayed in Room 3.41, and the AC was not cold at all, so I called the Engineering team 5 times, and after the 5th call, the Engineering team came and promised to come back to fix the AC. But it was too late for me to wait for the guy as it was close to 01:00 AM.

The towels weren't very clean because I only slept there for one night.

You get a room but you must choose the unique room; if not, all the walls and floors are not clean. There is some black dirty stain on the wall, especially on the floor, maybe because of the mop touching the walls, and they should fix this. The aisle smells terrible, but the room smells good. They may put you in a room that's next to the janitor room or mechanic rooms that's creepy. I had breakfast there; food was good, staff was friendly, but they're more friendly to the international tourists; they ask about how's everything and suggested any food in the stall only to international tourists. Maybe yeah, staff expected tips only from them. That's funny to see that behavior. Cheers
