For business trips, I always choose Surabaya Suites over the surrounding hotels, because the price is reasonable and the service is very good.

At first, I was a bit skeptical about booking here because I'd heard some mystical stories and other things. But I decided to give it a try because it's so close to my destination. Turns out, the stay was surprisingly pleasant! The service was great, and the staff was friendly. For that price, you get a spacious room that feels like an executive room—it's totally worth it. I was happy to spend two days and one night here, and yes, I would definitely come back again soon.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. We left something behind and they kept it there until we came to pick it up. The room was spacious and quite clean, the breakfast menu was extensive and varied, and the price was quite affordable. Next time you're in Surabaya, you'll have a good choice of hotel.

The hotel is clean even though it is an old hotel, the receptionist and other staff are friendly, close to the trade and service center

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days. The staff was friendly, and the bed was comfortable. However, on the first day, we had breakfast at 8:30 a.m. and most of the food was gone. On the second day, our train left early, so we had breakfast at 7:30 a.m., and luckily, everything was still there. The swimming pool is separate from the hotel, and we went swimming in the afternoon. It turns out the hotel pool also doubles as a children's swimming lesson center, so the pool was very crowded with children learning to swim and parents dropping off their children, so there was no privacy for hotel guests.
