Check-in was delayed an hour...but the hotel took responsibility and upgraded my room to business class. Overall, I highly recommend staying here because it's fully equipped and close to public facilities.

Friendly staff, close to downtown Surabaya, spacious parking, and close to the submarine museum. The downside is that it's a bit of a walk from the parking lot.

One of the most comfortable hotels in the city center for families. The rooms are spacious and airy, the facilities are well-maintained, and the check-out time is negotiable (check-out is after Friday prayers).

This is my favorite hotel. Strategic location, comfortable and spacious rooms. Now, if you bring a car, you can register it online. Previously, you used a card. Yesterday, when I left the parking lot, why was I charged for parking? I was a resident. After arguing, I was finally allowed to leave without paying. Apparently, the parking registration process at the front desk was incorrect and improper. Please be aware.

This hotel is always my favorite when I'm in Surabaya. The rooms are spacious, clean, fully equipped, and most importantly, it's close to the mall.

The hotel is old but well-maintained. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The room is clean and tidy. There's also a bathroom, and the room is very spacious even though I chose the cheapest room type. However, the facilities are complete. Unfortunately, the AC isn't cold enough, but it's cool enough in the room, so I don't get too hot.
