I've stayed here many times. The hotel's design is dated, but it's comfortable. There's breakfast and a relaxing area in front of the hotel. The location is strategic, close to the mosque, with plenty of halal food options, and close to Penang Street Art.

This is the second time I've stayed here because the check-in and check-out are easy and the staff are very friendly. I like that everyone has to take off their shoes, so you can walk around the room with peace of mind. This time, the beds are in a dormitory with curtain rails to separate each bed, which is very good. But the bad thing is that this time the air conditioning in the room we got was broken, making it very hot and stuffy to sleep in. We notified the accommodation to fix it, and it was fixed on the second night, but it broke again in the morning.

Lovely dorm with blackout curtains for privacy. Great location near Little India and Chulia Street eateries. Light breakfast of toast, fruit and tea/coffee available all day. Nice sitting room at street level to just watch. Easy check-in, also for info.

I think it's okay for a short stopover. But for a long stay, you might want to consider it again. As for access to public facilities (bus/ferry terminals, places of worship, restaurants), it's quite good.

I stayed at Red Inn Court Penang at a fairly cheap price for the Georgetown, Penang area. In terms of service, I was very satisfied because the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location is also strategic, making it easy to access various tourist attractions and culinary around Georgetown. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, although I got a room on the 3rd floor (top), which was quite tiring because I had to climb the stairs. But considering this is a budget hotel, I didn't really mind it. One thing that is less comfortable is that this hotel is not soundproof. Because the floor is made of wood and the walls are made of plywood, the sound of people's footsteps passing by can be heard very clearly. However, overall, I felt at home here and this hotel is still a decent choice for travelers on a budget.

The check-in process was fast and yesterday we were able to check in early.

Good place to stay for solo travelers, they also have free breakfast, the cost of accommodation is also relatively cheap, also this hostel is near enough to bus terminal:).

The hotel is on the side of the road near the Indian area. Next to it there is a food stall and mini market. The room is quite spacious and has air conditioning and a large fan. The bathroom, although outside, is also clean. It's just a bit difficult to go up because there are only stairs as access. The stairs are not too wide so those carrying suitcases have to be extra strong. Yesterday I checked out at 6 am and was still served.

Close to the mosque, close to the city center, close to everywhere, close to the ferry port, very highly recommended, cleanliness is also maintained, the toilets are also clean, for free breakfast there is bread with tea or coffee and watermelon, the receptionist who is a fat woman and a brother who often guards at night are very friendly.

The room is somewhat OK to rest. As I was in Penang for sightseeing vacation, I didn't spent that much time in room. Only to sleep at night is totally fine. The shower room also OK to have a brisk shower. I must say this is quite OK for budget hotel. I love the aunty from the reception who is super friendly with all the guests. I guess I would choose this red inn court again when I visit to Penang again.
