Near KSL. Beside a hawker centre. Night time a lot of choice.

The room had no windows, which made it feel claustrophobic, which was a shame. The room itself was clean, which was nice. The shower temperature and water pressure were excellent. The toilet had a bidet seat, which was very good.

The room is spacious. However, the bed sheets seem old and discolored. There is no complimentary water.

Near the shopping center. It's a pleasure to live here.

The family room is comfortable, the room size is quite spacious, unfortunately the spring mattress feels a bit soft, but it is still comfortable.

The hotel atmosphere is comfortable, spacious, and suitable for families.

Hotel is decent. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was fine as well, just that there is a little bit of option. Would come back again in the future.

The place was okay, but the toilet door a bit small for wheelchair user but still can get in. Breakfast food not many choices but ok delicious. But in the morning when near there I heard from the room the cleaner was angry with the customer because the room was broken.

I enjoyed my stay at Hallmark. I love the service. When I had trouble with my key, they fixed it as soon as possible. The price is a good deal. The food is quite good. The staff are very friendly. Minus, I think the room needs more lamps. My room is quite dark even though I turned on all the lamps.

In general, the hotel is good and cozy but needs more light in the room, especially in the bathroom.

jan 1 & 2 we stayed .. clean environment beautiful room set up , toilet n other facilities all excellent ..satisfied with fees $35 only paid in traveloka .. kindly book n experience you will never get disappointed

The room is big but not soundproof, you can hear the sound of walking and chatting from the next room, the AC is leaking and the mattress is a bit dirty and dusty, making your body itchy.

the beds have open nails at its corner making my kid's legs scratched. breakfast is ok but not many protein choices. with the price, the hotel is worth it. the food court behind the hotel is not halal.
