The breakfast menu is varied and the staff is friendly, the location is also strategic.

The room lighting is quite dark. Even near the mirror (in the bedroom and bathroom), there is no light which is not suitable if you want to do make up. The safe deposit box has no battery, so it cannot be used. The bidet has leak, so the water keep flowing. There is no shower curtain, so the water splash from the shower caused the dry area become wet (you can see from the floor mat). The bed quality is quite good and quite comfortable to sleep. The Aircon is properly maintained, no smell and cold enough. The room cleanliness is good. Better to bring your own extension cable, because the room only has 3 free power socket: 1 on the table, 1 next to the bed, 1 at the bathroom.

Got a smoking room. The smell was manageable, but there were cigarette ash stains in the bathroom toilet that hadn't been cleaned. The rest of the place was fine.

Overall, it's great, friendly, clean, and safe. The food is reasonably priced. It's easy to access, has lots of snacks, and is close to public transportation.

Strategic location, friendly staff and employees

It's more suitable for singles, or at least couples. Apart from that, it's not highly recommended because the bathroom door is quite transparent and has a fairly wide gap. So, you'll need to agree on a plan to ensure everyone's comfort. The soap dispenser jammed, so you had to use your own. There was no curtain in the bathroom. The hot water didn't work. The Wi-Fi was quite slow. Even using a data plan didn't provide a very good signal. Otherwise, it was okay: comfortable and quite clean.

It needs improvement in every aspect, including the bed linens and furnishings. I've found cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom several times, likely from the floor drain. The location is strategic, and this could be a valuable opportunity for growth.

I'm fed up with staying here, I asked for a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room because they said it was full even though I brought my child, the facilities in the room are not suitable for a 3-star hotel, even when I asked for it to be cleaned it still smelled badly of cigarettes, the bathroom lights were dark, I won't be coming here again

It's quite okay to stay overnight.. food is quite delicious... Very worth the price... Suitable for short or long vacations economical but quality is maintained

It seems like there are many things that need to be fixed. Starting from the cleanliness of the room, the table is quite dirty. The sheets, pillow cases & towels also need to be replaced.
