The room is neat and clean, arrived at the hotel at 1:00 PM but was allowed to check in if the room was ready, the service was friendly, the staff were also friendly. 30 minutes before check out, the hotel FO reminded me by phone. The room is located in a new building, separate from the main hotel building. The lobby is quiet and no one is on duty at the reception, in each room you get 2 bottles of drinking water, tea, coffee and sugar, there is also an electric kettle, got a room with a mountain view, will come back to stay here if you get a promo price hehe.

A large and magnificent hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was excellent. I stayed here for three days and requested room cleaning every day, and it was done immediately. Breakfast at the restaurant was varied and delicious. The facilities are also complete, including a playground and swimming pool. I just hope the rooms are fully carpeted and the furnishings are even more beautiful when we arrive. I will definitely return here again if I ever visit Bandung.

A comfortable hotel for spending the night with family

Clean rooms, friendly staff, although a bit far from the city but worth it to stay. Staycation here is okay, breakfast has a lot of delicious menu choices.

The hotel has an old-fashioned feel, but it's well-maintained and clean. The restaurant menu is varied and delicious. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again if I ever visit Bandung.

Stayed here for 2 nights and booked 2 rooms. It was a very comfortable stay at Grand Pasundan. There is a playground and a reading corner, my son was happy playing ball in the playground😄 The security staff was helpful in helping carry things to the room, the security guard besides being a bellboy also guarded the parking lot. Got a free upgrade to a deluxe room, the breakfast was plentiful and the stall variants were never finished until after eating. The swimming pool was clean. I had sent the wrong package to this hotel and the staff was very responsive when I ordered a courier to pick it up. Thank you very much Grand Pasundan ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Overall good, comfortable and have stayed here several times.

I stayed here for a seminar. The street in front is wide. The room is large, feels like an old hotel, but not the scary type. Large windows with thick curtains. There is also a small refrigerator. The TV is cool, easy to turn on without any hassle. There are water dispensers on the right and left ends of the corridor. I tried the swimming pool, it was quite clean and still protected from the sun at 7-8 am. If you want a hair dryer, ask for it from room service first.

The amenities provided at the hotel were not as advertised. I booked a room with a bathtub, but it wasn't available.
