I enjoyed staying here because it was easy to access and the service was fast.

For its price, this hotel offers optimal amenities. Although the hotel is older, the rooms are large and reasonably clean. The amenities are also quite diverse. It's suitable for both business and family vacations.

The hotel staff in the lobby were friendly. There was a less friendly staff member, a large woman. She passed by my seat, not smiling enough, and wasn't very welcoming while I was waiting for check-in at 2:00 PM in the UM room. There was a Hajj/Umrah training event going on at the time, and coincidentally, there was a PSI event in the lobby, so I couldn't get a seat. I'd like to urge the Gran Pasundan management team to educate their employees on good manners.

4 star room but no mineral water is provided in the room.

The mattress springs were rising up, causing the mattress to collapse. The swimming pool was poorly maintained, with mosquitoes and dead flies infesting the pool, especially for adults.

The location is really strategic.

The cleanliness of the bathroom and the cleanliness of the floor are not comfortable.

4-star hotel, but don't book a standard room. The receptionist said my room was upgraded to deluxe (from standard), but it turned out I got a standard room without a window. The bedcover, sheets, and pillowcases were stained, and the floor was still dusty. The Wi-Fi was only good for chatting on WhatsApp. The TV was smart, but it couldn't access YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video, etc., only local channels, and even then the picture was eye-sore. Hopefully, that's just the case with my room. Will I come back again sometime? Big NO.

Everything was fine, except the water heater died in the morning. We happened to shower at 5:30 a.m., and Bandung was cold at that time.

I stay here almost every week. It's a great choice, with easy toll access, a full breakfast, but the towels could probably use a refresh. Top notch!
