The rooms are spacious, with a large sofa that can be converted into a bed. The Naripan Wing is located to the right of the lobby, a short distance past the hotel's front hall. Access to the second floor is via stairs; there's no elevator, but the hotel staff will assist you.

1. The hotel's location in the city center makes it easy to access Braga and Jl. Asia Afrika.
2. I think the breakfast menu needs to be upgraded to a 4-star hotel.
3. The condition of the bedrooms, including the bathrooms, needs significant improvements to meet 4-star hotel standards.
4. The humidity in the rooms also needs improvement, especially in the rooms on the third floor, along with the ceiling and lighting.

An old hotel that is still maintained, perhaps when we were there it was being renovated so it was a bit uncomfortable.... The towels were dirty.... it looked like the towels were old (shabby)

The room is spacious and clean, but this is an old hotel, so some of the in-room facilities are still old-fashioned. The towels are clean, but they are worn out. There are several food options. For the taste, I give it an 8 out of 10.
The hotel building is under renovation, hopefully it will be even better in the future. Please continue to improve the service and facilities.

The price doesn't match the facilities, and the twin beds in the Type 100 make it seem outdated. The elevator broke down during New Year's. Renovations should have been carried out well in advance.

The staff is friendly, but the breakfast food is mostly cold, like green bean porridge, and the rice tastes hard when undercooked.
And what's surprising is that if guests bring a vehicle, they are still charged a parking fee, which should be included in the hotel facilities.

The hotel is old, there needs to be repairs, especially the mattresses and towels that are dirty, including furniture that needs to be replaced, it is no longer worthy of being a 4-star hotel, and the hotel is a bit scary, for the price of 1 million it is not worth it, if the room is big and the service is still very good, when I wanted to check out the elevator was stuck on the 4th floor, I was forced to use the stairs from the 3rd floor using the elevator next door which only goes up to the 3rd floor
