The hotel is comfortable, and has a balcony. It's also next to a church so it's nice. It's close to the mall so if you want to go anywhere, it's easy to access.

Staff friendly. Clean rooms. Spacious parking. Very strategic in front of the mall, just crossing the street. Breakfast is delicious and quite complete.

I had the most pleasant stay here, tho it's only less than 24 hours. The Vira Bali's team hospitality is exceptional. Upon my arrival, the staff picked us up at the airport. I made a note for a honeymoon set up, and they did prepare it for us. I got a complimentary cake also! I told the receptionist I'd go check out before 4AM, and they offered me a breakfast box to go, I didn't really expect it, but it was ready even before 4AM! It is surely a top-notch hospitality from The Vira Bali's team. Thank you for your hospitality it's really memorable to be here 😊

Fridge didn't work and they couldn't fix it. So no cold drinks, no way to cool the water. It was like a sauna.

Old service, cramped rooms, not really fast, the phone can't be used, the pool is closed, but they said the room was upgraded. Lol really.
