Amazing

Clean rooms, very friendly staff, great buffet breakfast. Very convenient to just walk out of the hotel room to other Monte Casino facilities and reataurants.

An enjoyable experience. The room was clean and well maintained and the check in staff were helpful.

Great overnight stay to enjoy the Monte Casino complex, have a great meal at one of the reataurants in the courtyard. The room was clean, comfortable and sufficient for a one night stay. I would recommend it to travelers passing through the area,lots to do and see. Exiting the hotel on to the courtyard was convenient. Staff are friendly, restaurant breakfast was basic but sufficient and tasty, with enthusiastic friendly staff. Overall a great experience.

The surrounding and the location very safe. The staff were welcoming. Only that i did request for a stiff bed to allow me to accommodate my back pain, it was not provided.

The hotel was amazing. The staff were brilliant and helpful! The rooms were exceptionally clean. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The only downside is there was live music outside my window which was a bit noisy.

Happay with the stay

Safety and security was important for me. Also casino within walking distance and shopping and car services availability. Staff friendly and pretty much great with patrons.

The service was excellent and the staff were very accommodating. The buffet breakfast was wonderful with a great selection. We loved the atmosphere with it’s perfect location.

A reasonable hotel in a complex that is safe and would be attractive for those seeking nighttime gambling pleasures. Found safe not to be working. Staff not as responsive as I would have liked.

Efficient and orderly

A perfect venue for a few days to have people visit and enjoy meals out. Great selection of bars and restaurants and very safe. Will be my default for future trips.

Closely situated to the Monte Casino

We lodged at the hotel for 3 nights and had a great stay. The location was excellent with the Montecasino complex right next to the hotel which had excellent dining options and the Fourways mall a short drive away as well. The breakfast was also tasty and the selections were good.

Stayed previously at this hotel when it was called Southern Sun in 2009. Nothing much has changed and it could probably benefit from a refresh in places. Biggest down side is that you can no longer use the pool at the sister 4 star hotel nearby. A massive negative for me which means will not use this hotel again.
