My room was charming, with flowered wallpaper, a four-poster bed, and a chaise longue. I appreciated not having to insert a card to control the lights. The lobby, bar, garden, and breakfast room were all beautiful. The breakfast buffet was well stocked, and the croissants were excellent. The location was very convenient, just a couple of blocks from the nearest Metro station and a couple of blocks farther to the Duomo. The hotel is on a small, quiet side street. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I did not use the spa facilities. I recommend this hotel with enthusiasm!

Absolute steal at 200 a night. Location is perfect. Spa in unique. Breakfast is good but doesn't have fried eggs, although the scrambled eggs are at least real and not some goop like other hotels. Bar is great, just book it it you see a good price.

Very well located hotels with large enough rooms of about 25 sq m. Staff were warm and helpful. Hotel decor were vicotrian style so a little old fashion. Keys were conventional ones tied to a heavy key chain. Bar was nice with good choice of drinks and some food

The hotel is comfortable, but the shower quality needs improvement and the hotel itself is much too hot with heating.

The spa was a great way to relax after a long day of touring!

The hotel and spa are very clean and well maintained. They had all the amenities you can think of for a nice hotel. It is centrally located near the city center. Taxi to the airport was $33 and we flew to meet the flight

The standard room is small. Okay for 1 traveler or a close couple. The free breakfast is a very delicious buffet. Parking is limited in a very small underground garage, so it is good to call and reserve a space. Good location to museums and late-night piazza dinning.

This is our second time staying here. It a wonderful place to stay. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping are extremely friendly and helpful. The spa is outstanding. The breakfast is very good with many offerings. We will definitely stay here again. I have another stay booked.

Hotel was in a perfect location and the breakfast was a perfect start to each day. Rooms were very good with free water and soft drinks in the mini bar being a lovely touch 👍👍 Staff were all first class and always happy to help 👏👏

Hotel is located very close to historic Turin which makes everything walkable. Staff are friendly and facilities are lovely. Would recommend a stay here and using the spa!!

Built 1961 but upgraded over time. Only breakfast is served but it’s a great breakfast bar. Slept like a log.

Nice property with friendly staff. Nice room and excellent breakfast incuded. The property is in a small sublet street and hence, driving is somewhat difficult. Very clean rooms and walking distance to sites including the museo egizio.

If you love a boutique hotel, but wish it had more space, this is the place for you. The quirkily designed rooms and public areas are immaculately kept and much larger than you'd expect them to be - the lounge and breakfast room (with patio) especially are surprisingly sizeable. The breakfast itself is constantly replenished by the lovely staff, who will happily make you an espresso or cappuccino if you ask. Oh, and there's a spa - and what a spa! Often, these are dingy spaces that aren't well kept, but this one is sublime - great pool, hot sauna/steam rooms and the jets at the end of the pool and in the jacuzzi... wow. They're probably doing themselves out of money, as you won't need to pay for a massage with the pummelling they can deliver. The location is ideal for Porta Nouva station and many of the main sites you'll want to see. You really can't top the Victoria for the price point.

The vibe is off and this hotel is kind of creepy. Kept expecting to see a dead body fall out of the closet. There were slugs in the toilet.
