Its an excellent hotel and well located if you want to visit the city. Very good for those who play golf.

The property itself was beautiful, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well kept. However, the service was disappointing. There was no help offered with our luggage, and the staff did not explain anything about the property, the amenities, or what activities were available during our stay. When we tried to ask questions at the front desk, the staff member was rude and seemed more focused on her computer than helping us. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, but the customer service needs to improve.

the place is really nice , quiet , food is really good.. the service of the waiters.. could be better. if you want to disconect from the city on a quiet place this is the place to go

El agua salía caliente muy poco tiempo y después está muy fría y el colchón de la cama estaba fatal y la tele se desprograma y nunca fueron a checar

The environment,the house it was nice but heater did not work I did not had hot water for like 2 hours my mom got sick Because of that and the internet or tv did not work

Good ex hacienda. The old casco is expensive but they made new place to stay which are very convenient.

Loved everything.

I loved the peace and quiet and the fact that this is a historic building. I enjoyed reading the plaques with information on the history of the different areas. There is nothing that I especially disliked. Just some minor things to improve in the room.

Looks nice but very poor service

One of the best stays we have had. Excelent service, excelent ammenities, very very clean. The food was more than delicious, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the same restaurant and love it every time. We got room upgrade and every one was very nice.

The place is beautiful and clean! Staff was very helpful and nice. We had one of the rooms in the oldest part of the hacienda which was really nice, clean and comfy, but it could be very humid and you can smell it!

Todo bien

Las habitaciones (en el club de golf) están muy bien, sólo el piso ya necesita remodelarse o darle mantenimiento (rechina muchísimo) y la regadera no es lo mejor. Fuera de esos dos puntos creo que están bastante bien las habitaciones. El personal siempre muy atento y la comida muy bien!

Muy bonito lugar , agradable y tranquilo

La hacienda hermosa, las habitaciones del campo de golf muy limpias y amplias. Sólamente no había toalla de manos y las toallas sucias o percudidas. El baño y regadera muy pequeños. La comida exquisita 😋
