The staff were most helpful and courteous. The room was vlean and tidy.

It was a great price point for a very good hotel. It was spotless, and the room was large. It was a very nice place to stay for our family.

Great location in the old town, friendly staff and excellent restaurant all for a reasonable price

Check in was swift, following the receptionist to our room through the maze of quirky corridors, up and down stairs only added to the charm of the hotel. The multitude of paintings, pictures and furniture are amazing. Breakfast was just what we needed to start our day and the service and chats with the receptionist/waiter were first class. A great place to stay right on the square.

It is very difficult to drive to this hotel as most of the streets are walking only. Parking very difficult. The rooms were not great and the bed very uncomfortable. The old town of Bergamon is charming, but best pick a hotel not in the old town.

The staff were amazing and the hotel was well maintained. Room was very clean and spacious, location is absolutely spot on. Highly recommend this hotel

Lucky to have stumbled across this gem. Right in the heart of Bergamo.

We loved this hotel. Small. True old historic hotel. You give up some things, but make it all back and more. Such as opening your window and looking across the centuries of history; or the concert level violinist who plays all day, from phantom of the opera to Mozart and everything in between. Just stay here. Oh BTW. The restaurant was excellent. We thought it was the best dinner we had after a month in country. The staff jumps if you need a favor.

Amazing historical area.

This was in a perfect location to explore and return easily to the comfort of your room . All of the staff was so helpful . Breakfast and dinner were both very good . Our server for dinner was amazing . Would recommend to others and visit again if ever back in Bergamo .

Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff in the old town of Bergamo. Rooms good size with good wi-fi, bathroom was quite small but usable. Note there are no lifts and the rooms are on upper floors above the restaurant but the staff helped us with our luggage without even being asked. There was no air conditioning in the room if you go during a hot period but the ceiling fan was more than adequate for our needs.

A lovely little hotel with incredibly friendly staff, the breakfast had everything that you would need to set you up for the day.

Excellent stay. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Very friendly staff, good breakfast and nice food in the hotel restaurant. Everything is in walking distance and the hotel is situated in a beautiful area. I would highly recommend this hotel. This hotel might be 2 star but the service is 6 star all the way! 10/10

A great hotel with amazing staff.

Fantastic location! The staff were so friendly snd helpful.

Although the hotel doesn't have the air-conditioning, the room is big with high ceiling and that makes it less stuffy. With 2 fans and wide windows, sleeping was not as bad. The hotel location is the best. It is the center of everything. We will definitely go back to stay with them again.

The staff was unbelievable. They are top-notch and made our stay amazing. We will definitely be back.
