Quite clean, very close to amenities clean. Helpful staff.

A lovely friendly family hotel in a good location near metro stations and restaurants and shops. Great information provided on things to do and directions etc. It was outrageously hot weather when we were there which meant it was very hot in the room- but the staff did everything they could to help. Air conditioning is due to be installed very soon! Nice breakfast. Coffee and water was available any time from a help yourself machine for guests

The staff was amazing and very helpful! The rooms were clean and comfortable! Could use some updates in the suites, but it did what we needed it to do! The breakfast was the traditional French breakfast and delicious! Would absolutely stay again!

Amazing location, so close to metros and the eiffel tower. The staff are wonderfull and so kind. There is a lovely bakery and fresh fruit/vegetable shoo round the corner would highly recommend the freshly squized orange juice is to die for!! The room was just perfect a very comfy bed! With a lovely mini balcony you can look out off, includes a TV that works and the bathroom is small but not an inconvenience.

Like the location close to Eiffel Tower and metro station the hotel staffs are friendly we are satisfied on our one day stay in the hotel

Amazing neighborhood !

It was great! Quiet, good breakfasts, impeccable cleaning and charming and delightful front desk staff. Not far from metro and there is a carrefour cité nearby which is good for picking up cheap eats.

Our room had no working socket to charge our phones and laptops Rooms are relatively small Elevator is also two small Breakfast not rich enough Room has no duvet only blanket Staff are quite friendly and welcoming We got in quite earlier and when rooms where available we had a quick check in eve before 3pm tha was really helpful

The hotel doesn't have our reservation. The link between Expedia and The hotel didn't apply. So, we are stay a few moments with not a solution. We didn't have any compensation for the inconvenience.

Great location close to public transportation. Dining options close by. Very quiet. Liked having a staffed front desk for easy check in.

As long as your expectations are reasonable this is a great place to stay. The front staff was very helpful with the directions, luggage storage, and even helped us open a bottle of wine. The room is very small but clean and comfortable. The hotel is dated, but if you just need a safe comfort place to sleep, this will do just fine.
