The property was in an easy to find location from the bus terminal. It was very clean and our room was refurbished with AC and private bathroom. Amenities at the hotel were fabulous - fully equipped main kitchen on level 1, kitchenette on each floor, terrace to sit and eat/mingle, and breakfast was provided which we hadn't expected.

We had a great 2 night stay. Comfortable beds, a usable kitchen and outdoor deck. I’d stay again.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Due to my bus being delayed, I arrived later than expected, only to find the hotel doors locked with no staff available to assist me. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was left outside with no way to access my room and ended up having to spend the night on the street. This is unacceptable hospitality. Guests should never be denied access to their accommodations under any circumstances, especially when travel delays are beyond their control. I strongly urge the hotel to improve its late check-in procedures and ensure there is always a way for guests to enter the property safely, regardless of arrival time.

The apartment was okay but the TV wasnt working properly and there was no air conditioner or a fan so the room was very hot

Excellent for Camino walkers. We stayed in a private double which was a floor above the dorms. It was very quiet and luxurious. We shared the bathroom with two other rooms though we never saw the people. Check in was super friendly and informative which we appreciated. There is a fabulous communal space and kitchen which is fully equipped and has a complimentary coffee machine. There was also free breakfast of cereals and toast which started at 6am. The dorms looked great with curtains. Highly recommended

The hostel should define quiet hours. Some guests made too much noise until 1:44 AM. (Using kitchen, laughing…)

Friendly staff and clean, new facilities.

The front office staff are very helpful and attentive. A family owned business and they make you feel part of the family. Also helpful, they speak English.

Excellent location. Really wonderful staff. The room was extremely warm, but really clean and a great size. The shared bathroom was for 3 rooms so it was always available. They included a fan in the room which helped with the heat.

Fine for a hostel. Good price but our room was really small and could do with a makeover. Mirror fell off the wall.

The rooms were clean, check in was simple, the staff was polite and helpful, and it's located right near a bus station for those who are traveling.

Excellent location in Pamplona near the bus station. Surrounded by places to eat and a grocery store. Shared bathroom but not a hassle.

Fair enough

It was a nice stay. Easy late check in available. Nice building, vending machine, enough bathrooms, easy stay. Only negatives was it was a little loud at night outside, and sometimes the door to the kitchen/sitting area was locked in the middle of the day.

I sent 3 emails to Aloha confirming my arrival and when I arrived they said I no longer had a reservation, that it had been cancelled. I showed my hotels.com itinerary number and reservation information in the app but they still said my reservation had been cancelled. Fortunately they had 1 empty room and were able to accommodate me. They never replied to my confirmation emails.
