Good location, walking distance to the town centre We couldn't park on site but found road parking a minutes walk away Staff were very friendly The room was a little tired and small but comfortable (we only stayed 1 night) Breakfast was great, hot breakfast cooked to order and cold breakfast bits available to take. Would stay again if in the area

Everybody here is exceptional. The breakfast was great. Location makes it easy to get around Leamington Spa. Highly recommend.

There were no town maps of Leamington available at the hotel. I personally would have found it useful ti have one.

Staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The property is quite dated and the bathroom in particular could benefit from some updating. That said, we enjoyed our one-night stay overall. Breakfast was very good with a decent variety of options. Parking is limited, but we were able to find street parking without too much difficulty.

Ok hotel

5 of us stayed here in 5 separate rooms. All were clean, newly decorated and with smart bathrooms. Faultless service, an excellent and generous breakfast and unfailing helpful attitude from the staff who were all welcoming and friendly. We all thought this place was a real find with good and secure parking and a lovely ambience. 100% recommended

Nice clean room with fresh towels and toiletries provided. Tea/coffee milk provided in rooms. Friendly staff that talked to all guests. Lovely breakfast and good service with a smile. Plenty of parking when we stayed. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The staff were very welcoming and efficient. The breakfast was excellent: choice and standard. There was plenty of room to park,at the front and back of the property. The room was clean and comfortable.

A really good base to explore Leamington and catch up with family nearby. Staff were extremely helpful, allowing us to check in early; breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked to order; beds comfy; parking an absolute bonus (but car park fills up quickly). No restaurant but thete are so many within easy walking distance, tjis wasn't a problem at all. The bar looked good but we didn't try it. We will stay here again. Thank you.

This Lodge is a family run business. They are all pleasant and accommodating, especially John who remembers your name and knows what drink to serve you after a long day. The place is clean and warm. I’ve stayed in much larger hotels and must admit Victoria Lodge takes precedence over some of these overpriced hotels.
