Staff on the lobby reception are so friendly and helpful. Overall, the room and the condition of the hotel are really the best.

The room was compact at 13 m², but it looked new, clean, and efficiently designed. While space was tight, it had everything needed for a comfortable stay, making good use of the limited area.

The hotel is approximately 15 minutes from JR Shinjuku Station and 5 minutes from Subway Shinjuku Sanchome Station. The room is quite spacious, clean, bathroom with bathtub. Close enough to the center of the crowd and Shinjuku Gyoen Garden.

Location good and the nearby has so many food, bar, and convenient store. Room was clean and I like their tea selection. Room. Pretty small but comfy.

5 Minutes walk shinjuku sanchome station. 10 minutes walk to Shinjuku station. The room is OK, suitable for 2 persons. Very clean room. Recommended hotel.
