While the staff were pleasant, helpful, & provided good service throughout our stay, unfortunately the property itself was extremely disappointing. The complex is very large & conveniently located close to the marina, supermarkets, & other local amenities. However, the accommodation was in desperate need of renovation & appeared not to have been updated since the 1980s. The condition of the apartment was far below expectations & did not match the description provided at the time of booking. The air conditioning was unreliable & frequently malfunctioned. Noise was a major issue throughout our stay. We could clearly hear neighbours in surrounding apartments, & external noise continued into the early hours of the morning, making it almost impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Because of this, I would not recommend the property for families with young children. The furnishings were extremely dated. The beds & mattresses appeared worn out & in need of replacement. The kitchen was old, tired, & literally falling apart in places. The sofas were dusty & well past their best. Basic kitchen equipment was also lacking, with insufficient cookware & no coffee mugs available. Even after requesting mugs from reception, none could be provided. Overall, while the location & staff were positives, the poor condition of the accommodation, excessive noise, & misleading property description made this a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again & would not recommend to others.

Clean, perfectly located hotel

Way overpriced, very old furniture, very nosey outside with bars and restaurants below the hotel.

The room wasn’t clean, it’s was broken items. Beds were horrible. I don’t recommend sleeping on it. We are all hurting from back pains. The sofa was dirty. You can actually see dust as you tap it. The reception didn’t make it easy on us with parking, giving us half information which cost us more money. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, especially families with young infants.

The apartments were very old and dated. They were meant to be renovated but that clearly didn't happen. All the AC vents were rusted through and didn't appear to work. Apartments very large but were not worth the price. Old, tired and very disappointing.

The lamp in the living room didn't work (got fixed). Kitchen - didn't have many needed utensils, plates etc. We had to buy some our selves. No dishwash detergent etc. Fridge was a little bit dirty and the washing mashine was dirty. The zink in one of the bathroom was leaking. None of the shutters for the windows bedrooms were working and the curtain in one of the bedrooms didn't work. Friday and Saturday night there was very noisy from beach parties nearby.

The view is nice. But the property needs a good amount of work. Clearly nothing has happened since the 70's. Worse was the pee on the toilets

It was very old and dilapidated, most things were either stained, old or dirty. The handheld shower head in the master bath fell off the holder when you turn the shower on, spraying and flooding the bathroom. Luckily we found a nearby maid, who kindly helped us clean up the mess quickly. Supposedly there was air conditioning, but no fan ever came on, and there were no controls to make adjustments. It was a great location, but pedestrians could be very loud when you had to open the windows to get a wind draft. Appliances were extremely old and difficult to work. Pictures on request

Place is Massive - It was just me and my Wife but I could have taken my whole extended family with me lol

The staff at reception , a young lady was exceptionally polite and helpful and very welcoming as was the male on my check out, very professional

The worst trip we have ever had in 40 years of going to the resort all down to the accommodation and lack of help

We had the best time in our 5 days vacation, the property is in the best area of Peurto Banus with lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance the view on our apartment was priceless. The apartment was large and lots of space although it needs to upgrade its furniture ;) but it was good for us .the staff were very friendly and cared about whatever we needed . The parking is 29 euros each night which is the cost but it was very convenient to go from parking to our apartment. Totally we had the great stay .
