The room was comfortable and well-equipped, the breakfast was great and the customer service was excellent. The only thing I'd note is that the hotel is right next to a club that stays open until 3:30 a.m., and on our first night we were in a room directly next to it — it was very loud and we needed earplugs and a white noise app in order to fall sleep. But when we asked to switch rooms for our second night, the staff was helpful and kind and made it happen. Short answer: comfortable, clean, nice hotel — but make sure you call ahead and ask for a quiet room!

Our room was ready much sooner than promised which was a nice gesture, very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was friendly and the room was very clean. I had to open the window to cool off in my room as I could only heat the room in November. I think there was construction here as I heard some loud bangs. It woke me up one morning. Overall, it was a good stay.

The location for us was excellent. Easy to get to where we needed. The hotel was very clean, room was roomy. We went with the breakfast for our stay and it was prefect. We would like to give a "shout out" to Elena !!!! Elena was wonderful, and extremely helpful in facilitating our stay.

I loved this hotel the area was a tad sketchy but the hotel front desk Elena was amazing! The only caution is the shower is not a private shower so couples only!

One of those property with tiny 4 by 3 feet elevators. But service is the deal breaker for me. The lady at the front desk gave our ride to the train station by offering us breakfast even though I refused and we didn't include that in our accomodations. We almost missed our train and it was raining. They also didn't help us carry our bags to our rooms. Bad experience overall.

Excellent customer service, walking distance to gothic quarter and the metro.

The staff were fantastic only downside was the bed only had thin sheets and no light-weight duvets. The hair dryer was on and off and needed an upgrade. Location is very central to everything within walking distance to major attractions but just be very aware within the surroundings of the hotel as it’s not the best area. Jetted-tub was a bonus and it’s a clean property. Also, please include iron/ironing board or a portable steamer in the rooms as it was inconvenient not having one readily available.

The property inside was great. Room size great and staff were exceptional. I did have difficulty finding the entrance to hotel No visible sign with hotel name. As well, every night of our stay between 11 pm and 1 am, there were people being quite loud outside our window. I would ask for a room not next to street.

This was unfortunately the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked for 3 nights but ended up leaving after just one. The location felt extremely unsafe. The street outside constantly smelled of urine, and there were drug users and homeless people loitering around the entrance throughout the day. The hotel is only a few metres away from a very unsafe neighbourhood. Soundproofing was non-existent — I could hear people yelling, glass bottles breaking, and other disturbances all night long, making it impossible to sleep. There was also an issue with the toilet not flushing properly. The room itself was fairly clean and the staff were genuinely kind and accommodating, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, everything else made my short stay unbearable, and I would not recommend this hotel.
