Freindly staff convenient great breakfast...

Close to station. Lots of eateries on doorstep.good breakfast. Very uninspiring room. Bed good. Noisy but quietened at night.

My bedside light wasn't working, so I made staff know. I have been there before ,it's very handy for train station which is why I visit Crewe. Breakfast was very good.

Brilliant Location. A very warm welcome from all of the staff. It is a real home from home. Relaxed atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble. We will be back

Closer to the station than the centre of Crewe, this hotel meets basic needs. You pay for what you get. The staff were great

In a good location and with parking I would recommend this hotel. Had a good night sleep and breakfast was amazing.

Handy hotel very close to Crewe station. If you need a night in the area this hotel is ideal. Good parking outside the hotel, plus the immediate area is quiet. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. I would use this hotel again if I need to stay a night in the area.

The whole experience from sign in to leaving was first rate. All members of staff from reception to breakfast service couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Definitely a hotel to return to when in the area.

The building itself seems old and is full of characters. Room doors are still open using old fashioned key, tiny tv screen like the old days. As I was only staying for 2 nights, there isn't a need for my room to be freshen up, though there isn't anywhere outside the door where you can hang the 'do not disturb' sign. The shower was a bit too tiny with the switch that switch outwards, you can easily switch off the shower by turning or turn up/down the heat.

The whole place is past its sell by date no evening meals breakfast ok didn’t help that there was a private function in the dining room on the Saturday with a noisy group up to midnight (we should have been told about this when we booked)despite been in as paying guests was told if we wanted to go to this function we should pay tan pounds each which we declined sorry next time it’s back to premier in much comfier

Nice hotel, nice staff at a very good price

It was an overnighter for football on the Saturday. Been there a few times, service always great, staff are all lovely and friendly.

It was clean and comfortable with no problems. The girls on the desk were amiable and helpful.

Excellent value for a quick overnight in Crewe. Only 5 mins walk from the station. Comfy bed plus a great breakfast included in the price.

Staff service is very good and friendly. The environment and equipment need to be improved.
