A beautiful hotel with wood carved images and a rustic theme; very friendly staff too!

I was surprised this hotel was not full during our stay. It seemed a great value to me, and the decor featuring extensive wood carving was impressive. Of course we were there during the shoulder season in mid September so that may explain fewer guests. The room opened to the hotel back, so it was quiet. With the window open, you will hear the sounds of the nearby river, which helped me sleep. The room was clean and well-appointed, and the bed was good. The bathroom had a shower (no tub), with quality towels although I believe the towel warmer was not working, or maybe user error. The dinner menu included wild boar and deer cooked five different ways. Mine was excellent. Three of the four hotel staff we met spoke functional English and all were pleasant and helpful, especially “Yanni”. Motorcycle parking was safely behind the hotel and free. Overall, the hotel was a good value and quirky-unique. There is an astonishing trophy room, deer-antlered lighting, paintings, and displayed collections of butterflies and insects. Great attention to detail where animal motifs are concerned. I really liked it all. I would recommend the hotel leave more lights on. I am not used to corridor lighting on a timer where I have to find the switch in the dark at the top of the stairs. Other than that annoyance I recommend the hotel.

Comfortable stay and lovely staff. No air conditioning but good fan provided. Spacious room, great breakfast.

Hotel Diana provided exceptional service, warm and welcoming staff, an excellent room for the family, a game room and really delicious breakfast. Our three children were all very happy. The hotel met all of our needs and truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend. Beautiful area as well.

Hotel byl skvělý. Nevýhoda hotelu je pro ubytované, že se nachází u frekventované cesty. další věc, která nám trochu kazila dojem bylo lešení před oknem, právě probíhající úpravy fasády. Ovšem, to je jen dočasná nevýhoda. Na pokoji nebyla klimatizace, ta by se v obdibí naší návštěvy rovněž hodila, ale dalo se to řešit celonočním větráním. Na druhou stranu musím vyzvednout personál, který byl velmi vstřícný a ochotný. Obzvláště paní recepční patří velké díky za úsilí s jakým nám pomáhala zajistit AG test pro dceru, abychom mohli do termálních lázní. Dále musím vychválit restauraci a jídla která připravují. Každé jídlo pro nás bylo zážitkem a porce byly opravdu velké. Vřele doporučuji

Bohužel je u rušné cesty, ale jinak super, velice příjemný personál a dobré jídlo
